37 | Laura | Uterine & Vaginal Cancer

Laura was initially diagnosed with uterine carcinosarcoma in 2014, and was treated with chemotherapy and radiation. Just recently Laura was found to have vaginal cancer during a routine exam, and upon further testing found that there was metastatic disease present. Laura underwent an invasive surgery to remove the cancer, and has since been unable to work. Laura requires daily treatment for 6 weeks, however due to the distance from her home (160 miles round trip), she cannot afford the gas expense for the trips.

KWF was happy to be able to help ease Laura’s burden by providing a financial grant for gas as well as other daily necessities We are only able to do so with your help.
