45 | Camaron | Colon Cancer

Camaron is a young man in his 30’s that was diagnosed with colon cancer in June of 2023. Camaron’s treatments consist of surgery and chemotherapy. Unfortunately, Camaron has had several setbacks which has led to delayed treatments. Once he completes his chemotherapy, he will need an additional surgery due to the high rate of recurrence.

Camaron has be unable to work since his diagnosis and although he was at his place of employment for two years prior to falling ill, he doesn’t have any short-term or long-term disability benefits available to him. He is concerned as he has 6 children to care for. He has been on food stamps and has visited local food pantries to provide for his family.

KWF was happy to be able to provide Camaron with a financial grant to help pay his day-to-day bills and provide for his family. To our supporters, donors and sponsors, thank you for allowing us to make this grant possible for Camaron.
