April 1, 2019 - KWF was able to meet Kimberlee, the Foundations third grant recipient. Kimberlee is currently undergoing treatment for breast cancer at NMH in Warrenville, IL. Kimberlee’s social worker nominated her for a grant from KWF, knowing she was in need of financial assistance and was a candidate.

KWF was able to provide Kimberlee with a grant to help pay her day-to-day bills so she can focus on her treatment.
